Steel strapping is the strongest way of strapping. Apart from the fact that steel strapping is very suitable for large and heavy loads, metal is completely recyclable. Painted steel strapping is characterized by high rust protection - especially at the edges of the strap. Thanks to its low wear it allows for a low-maintenance use of manual steel strapping tools as well as of fully-automatic steel strapping machines.

Blank, bright, blue-annealed or zinc-painted steel strapping is also available on request in several qualities.
The most commonly used widths are 12, 16 and 19 mm, with two different types of windings: the EV (Ribbon) and the AW ( American winding / Oscillated ). Both windings can be processed mechanically or with the help of mobile reels. Use the right tensioning equipment. For example, a JK-12-19 or an MST3 steel belt device. 600 kg per pallet.
